About World 11 Coaching

World 11 Coaching is a football coaching organisation delivering high-quality, inclusive programmes in community settings, sports centres, and professional-standard pitches.

We deliver structured football coaching programmes for unaccompanied young people (UASC), using football as a powerful tool to support confidence, teamwork, communication, and positive social engagement. Sessions are purposeful and well-structured, creating safe and motivating environments where young people can develop both on and off the pitch.

Football provides a natural and practical setting for young people to develop English language and communication skills. Through coaching instructions, teamwork, game-based activities, and social interaction, participants are encouraged to practise English in real-life, low-pressure situations, helping to build confidence in speaking, listening, and understanding.

Our work focuses on bringing unaccompanied young people together through regular group training and shared team experiences. This helps to reduce isolation, establish positive routines, and foster a strong sense of belonging. Through consistent participation, young people build confidence, form positive social connections, and engage in structured activity within a supportive setting.

We work in partnership with local authorities, care providers, and foster parents to ensure young people receive high-quality, consistent support. All sessions are delivered with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, inclusion, and positive role modelling, ensuring young people are supported, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
